Construction Estimator - Commercial Construction - Base Salary to 100k/year - Indianapolis, IN Our client is a builder and developer that takes on industrial and office construction projects across Indianapolis, Chicago, Charleston, Atlanta, Savannah, and Tampa. Based out of downtown Indianapolis for over 40 years, they pride themselves on a small-company atmosphere and great longevity in their team. Our client is seeking a Construction Estimator for their team in Indianapolis. The Construction Estimator will possess proficiency in estimating projects as well as assisting with day-to-day project management. The Construction Estimator will ultimately be responsible for the development of a profitable project for design/build, tenant finish, capital, and planning and specifications. Responsibilities: Complete construction estimates using Sage Estimating software, and sometimes “back of napkin” without the benefit of extensive drawings Work with owners, tenants, architects, and engineers to complete design and engineering of sitework, buildings, and interior improvements Compile contracts thoroughly Estimate tenant finish work Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers Complete pre-development budgeting, and budget replacement costs for acquisitions of new buildings Handle capital items due diligence Occasionally travel to other states to check on active projects

Qualifications: 3+ years Estimating at a commercial construction GC required Office and industrial/warehouse construction experience required Experience in both ground up and renovation construction Proficiency with Estimating software required, Sage preferred Ability to travel occasionally out of state Compensation: Base salary in the 80k - 100k/year range Company performance-based bonuses Comprehensive medical benefits 401k (matching) PTO Room for growth \#INDMANUF
