ProSidian Seeks a Oversight and Process Improvement Coordinator [DOE0103102] for Program Support on an Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent generally located across the CONUS - Richland, Washington. Across The Pacific Northwest Region supporting DOE EM Hanford, a Federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance. We seek Oversight and Process Improvement Coordinator [DOE0103102] candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Oversight And General Support Services under Job Task Category 05 Assistant Manager for Safety, Environment, & Quality (AMSE/AMSQ) Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Disciplines. ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. JOB OVERVIEW Provide services and support as an Oversight and Process Improvement Coordinator for General Support Services (GSS) for Hanford Field Office (HFO) in the Environmental Management Industry Sector, focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as the U.S. Department of Energy Environmental Management, Hanford Field Office (DOE-EM / HFO) | DOE Environmental Management Consolidated Business Center (EMCBC), Cincinnati, OH. Generally located in CONUS - Richland, Washington and across the Pacific Northwest Region (Of Country/World). Safety, environment, and quality services ensure compliance, protect workers, and advance Hanfords cleanup mission success. Responsibilities and Duties Oversight and Process Improvement Coordinator for General Support Services (GSS) at Hanford Field Office (HFO). Conduct operations surveillances, review logs, coordinate readiness reviews, and escalate safety concerns. Support Program Office #05 Assistant Manager for Safety, Environment, & Quality (AMSE/AMSQ) under Job Task #05.14 with functions across Electrical, Facility Representative, Industrial Hygiene/Occupational Safety, Training, Environmental/Regulatory, Safety and Security Enforcement, Nuclear Safety, Criticality Safety, Engineering (Radiological Protection, Structural, Quality Assurance, Fire Protection), and Technical & Regulatory Support Services at HFO. Administer oversight and continuous improvement programs, coordinate reviews, and develop training materials to ensure compliance and effective communication within Hanford operations. Support a team size of approximately 1 FTE for this engagement; role located in the Pacific Northwest Region near Richland, WA, with an identified work site at 2440 Stevens Center Place, H520 Richland, WA 99354 (subject to change).

Functional attributes include process improvement coordination Job Tasks: Hanford Field Office (HFO) General Support Services (GSS) responsibilities; staffing may vary +/-15% during the period of performance. Travel: Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the CO in advance, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations. Security: ProSidian personnel shall have a Facility Clearance; DOE clearance may be required for classified work. Place of Performance: Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site, Richland, Washington; on-site with some remote support as approved. Government-Furnished Resources: Office space, computers, and required software provided at HFO; scope predominantly on-site with possible remote work as approved.
