We are currently seeking an experienced

Clinical Manager

for our Baltimore, MD location. The Clinical Manager at Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health and all of its subsidiaries ("Kolmac" or the "Company") is responsible for the daily administration and supervision of Kolmac-CCG clinical services, including staffing, training and development of clinical staff, and ensuring clinical outcomes and regulatory compliance.

Collaborates with the Executive Director on staffing processes (interviews, training, session/group staffing, performance management, evaluations, and timecard approvals).

Addresses performance issues and disciplinary actions in partnership with the Executive Director.

Manages clinical outcome indicators including patient retention, program completion, direct client care, outcomes, census and attendance, and Average Length of Stay.

Ensures staff KPI targets (e.g., counselor direct care hours) are met.

Sets standards for clinical and professional excellence and ensures adherence to guiding principles.

Oversees patient satisfaction, addresses concerns, and resolves issues with ethical and best-practice alignment.

Conducts regular employee reviews and provides performance feedback.

Safeguards model fidelity toward evidence-based, harm-reduction, and recovery-oriented care.

Maintains proficiency in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care and related approaches; assists in staff training.

Provides supervision focusing on performance management and clinical licensure/certification requirements.

Completes weekly clinical supervision documents within 24 hours of supervision and submits to clinical leadership per policy.

Ensures completion of clinical documentation (Treatment Plans, BAMs, group and individual notes, discharge summaries, etc.).

Facilitates weekly staff meetings, group supervision, and case consultations as needed.

Observes groups and individual sessions to ensure clinical standards are met.

Performs required chart reviews and ensures 100% intake and discharge chart completion.

Reviews daily/weekly reports to ensure patient care and documentation meet KPIs.

Monitors census data and admission/discharge activity for their program/area.

Coordinates onboarding and termination status of employees with clinical leadership/HR.

Carry a reduced caseload as needed; may be required to cover groups.

Provide support during client crises and coordinate with compliance to maintain CARF/state standards.

Collaborates with medical and clinical leadership to improve programming and promote evidence-based practices.

Mentors staff to support professional growth and continuous learning; may provide trainings beyond assigned program.

Promotes the organization’s image positively and professionally.

Other duties as assigned; meet state/regulatory requirements to provide Clinical Supervision to Substance Use Disorder staff where employed.

Licenses and Other Required Credentials

LCADC, LCPC, LCSW-C, and SUD Approved Supervisor status in Maryland

The base salary range for this position starts at $77,000; final compensation will be based on geographic location, experience, education, licensure, and overall qualifications.
