What You Will Do
As a People Experience Part Time Associate, youll play a key role in helping us deliver high-impact internal programs and events that make Scopely an exceptional place to work. This role sits at the intersection of culture, operations, and execution. Youll support both the Experience & Engagement and Real Estate & Facilities teams through event coordination, communication drafting, live production logistics, vendor research, and onboarding operationalization. Assist with the planning and execution of company-wide events and cultural activations. Draft emails, slides, and other internal communications that bring events and initiatives to life. Help coordinate with Facilities and cross-functional partners to execute activations. Support logistics for live productionincluding set-up, run-of-show, and behind-the-scenes prep. Evaluate vendor platforms and services and make recommendations. Contribute to the planning and execution of end-of-year celebrations and swag rollouts. Help operationalize onboarding processes and ensure an engaging experience for new hires. Assist with internal event planning and execution. Draft emails, slides, and other internal communications. Coordinate with Facilities and cross-functional teams. Track and manage action items and stakeholder follow-ups. Support ad hoc tasks from the Global Head of Experience & Engagement. What We're Looking For
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree or certificate program in a communications, marketing, or business degree program. Strong writing and organization skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Experience with Google Workspace tools. Bonus Points
Event planning experience (school, club, or corporate). Interest in branding, culture, or internal communications. For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA, the hourly rate is 21$ per hour. About Us
