Development, implementation, and maintenance of educational materials for HVAC product and services training, including sales aids, stock lists, and match-up forms for internal and customer use. Scheduling, organizing, facilitating, and delivering classroom, virtual classroom, and on-the-job training for branch personnel and customers, including development and updating of HVAC certification programs. Becoming certified in vendor training programs (e.g., Kohler, Mitsubishi). Monitoring HVAC training programs to evaluate their effectiveness and recommending modifications as needed. Serving as an internal consultant on HVAC product lines to assess and improve employee performance. Responding promptly to customer and TGG associate inquiries seeking technical support. Visiting job sites with customers and vendors when necessary. Maintaining records of training activities, employee attendance, progress, and tracking income and expenses related to training. Coordinating learning delivery through various mediums, including facilitation, e-learning, vendor programs, and professional development organizations. Supporting the integration of company marketing strategies within the sales team and assisting in client presentations to generate new business and identify HVAC opportunities. Collaborating with purchasing and branch staff to identify necessary HVAC products for the marketplace. Engaging with new and current employees to ensure HVAC sales training meets organizational needs. Staying updated on HVAC industry trends, marketplace developments, and technological advances. Working with the VP of Marketing and manufacturer representatives to organize educational events for staff and customers. Performing all duties safely and adhering to company safety policies. Familiarity with Wrightsoft to assist branches with this program.
