Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to work in the Bowling Green, OH area.

Summary
Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, physical structures, pipe, and electrical systems. Work hours are from 10:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday.
Duties and Responsibilities
Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Visually inspect and observe machine operations, understanding the operation, sound, and movements of the equipment. Dismantle machines to access and remove defective or broken parts/devices. Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments. Repair or replace defective parts. Install special functional and structural parts in/on machines. Inspect, lubricate, clean, and replace wear parts as needed. Proficient in the use of hand and power tools. Repair equipment as needed. Install, troubleshoot, program, and/or repair automated machinery and equipment such as VFDs and programmable controllers. Assemble, install, and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic equipment; repair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, cylinders, and related equipment. Comfortable with troubleshooting, repairing, and rebuilding AOD pumps. Comfortable with repairing electrical components such as photo eyes and sensors. Perform other related duties as required and requested. Ability to work outside in various weather conditions, comfortable with heights and small spaces. Ability to do minor fabrication when necessary. Requirements
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or equivalent. 5 years of prior experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment. Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical issues. Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic prints. Comfortable with various power systems. Experience with boiler systems (steam and water). Required Skills
Good math and computer skills. Strong reasoning and organizational skills. Good interpersonal skills. Physical Requirements
Must be able to perform heavy lifting. Must be able to deal with constantly changing personalities and workloads.
