We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our technology services organization to lead high‑complexity transitions and portfolio company integrations, including the delivery of custom ERP solutions. This role will partner with cross‑functional teams—vendors, product managers, engineers, sales, marketing, supply chain, and operations—across diverse environments to define scope, allocate resources, and develop schedules that create competitive advantages. This is a full‑time role, based five days a week in our New York City office. Responsibilities

Manage projects with top‑down oversight throughout execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to scope, budget, and timeline. Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from development through implementation. Demonstrate deep knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies in the context of ERP system implementations. Monitor project progress and provide detailed scheduled reports on milestones and deliverables. Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements. Analyze project economics and provide actionable feedback related to cost, benefit, and ROI standards. Review proposed modifications to project plans, including meetings with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes. Oversee acquisition of resources and materials by coordinating with customers, team members, managers, and in‑house accountants; negotiate price and payment terms with vendors. Understand systems thinking and the interconnectedness of marketing, eCommerce, retail, supply chain, inventory, and financial systems as part of building robust and scalable products. Skills and Qualifications

Expertise with Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio Proficiency with Jira, ServiceNow, ADO, or similar tools ERP and apparel industry acumen and IT experience ITSM and ITIL experience Ability to manage relationships and influence others at all levels without direct authority; comfortable in ambiguous situations Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field, or equivalent work experience For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, MCO includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. The range reflects factors such as business needs, skills, experience, training, licensure, and certifications. The base salary range is $150,000 to $180,000 per year. Seniority level
