Job Details
Job Description:
Manage electrical projects, ensure project timelines/milestones, manage/control jobsite/costs/budgets, lead team onsite, value engineering, change orders, and GC/client/sub relations
Blueprints, contracts, reports/docs, meetings, scheduling, coordination, quality control, safety, and closeout
Plans/specs, scopes, proposals, bid invitations/requirements, GC/client/supplier relations, find solutions to estimating issues, and ensure accurate/successful/timely/efficient estimates that follow company policies/strategies
Risk management, contracts, pricing, review work, meet bid deadlines, takeoffs, conceptual/design-build estimates, and closing/award
Working with project planning, scheduling, timelines, and cost controls
TI and special projects averaging $1M/largest $2M
Work hours can be either 6am-3pm, 7am-4pm, or 8am-5pm which includes a 1-hour lunch
Requirements:
3-5+ years of experience estimating and managing electrical construction projects, preferably TI/special projects
Computerized estimating experience, Accubid LiveCount
Must pass background check, drug test, and reference check
