The Legal Recruiter will partner closely with the Human Resources Manager, firm leadership, and the Director of Attorney Development to manage attorney and professional staff recruiting efforts. This individual will support the full recruitment cycle, serve as a cultural ambassador for the firm, and help strengthen our legal talent pipeline. Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy & Execution Manage full-cycle recruitment for attorneys, clerks, and select professional staff. Source and attract candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, law school job boards, job fairs, referrals, and professional networks). Coordinate candidate communication, interview scheduling, and recruitment logistics. Ensure all recruitment efforts reflect the firms culture, values, and EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding Act as a firm ambassador, presenting Aleshire & Wynder as an employer of choice. Draft and maintain job postings and outreach materials aligned with the firms brand and tone. Deliver a professional, timely, and engaging candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. Build and maintain a network of prospective candidates for future hiring needs. Represent the firm at career fairs, law school events, and networking functions. Cultivate relationships with law schools, associations, and professional networks. Partner with the Human Resources Manager, hiring attorneys, and the Director of Attorney Development to align recruitment strategies with staffing priorities. Contribute to firmwide talent initiatives, including lateral hiring, DEI, and retention projects. Assist with process improvements and special talent-related initiatives. Qualifications
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Bachelors degree required; focus in law, HR, communications, or public policy preferred. 24 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or legal staffing experience (law firm/professional services experience strongly preferred). Passion for recruiting and networking, with a demonstrated ability to connect talent to mission-driven work. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills. High initiative, accountability, and follow-through. Team-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with or interest in EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) a plus. Physical Requirements

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb stairs on occasion; requires good manual dexterity and coordination to grasp, lift, touch or move objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; and hear.
