Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineer to play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and maintaining the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lean Manufacturing principles, proficiency in CAD software, and expertise in statistical process control.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity Develop and implement new processes and procedures to enhance overall manufacturing operations Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles to identify and eliminate non-value-added activities Design and conduct experiments to test and validate process improvements Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement process improvements Use CAD software to design and modify manufacturing equipment and layouts Apply statistical process control techniques to monitor and improve product quality Identify and implement cost-saving measures throughout the manufacturing process Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff on process improvements and best practices Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lead kaizen events Analyze production data and generate reports to support decision-making processes Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in manufacturing processes Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment Strong proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies (Six Sigma certification is a plus) Expert-level knowledge of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) Advanced skills in statistical process control and data analysis Experience with process simulation and modeling software Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead cross-functional projects Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards Preferred Qualifications

Six Sigma Black Belt certification Experience with automation and robotics in manufacturing processes Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and technologies
