Job Description

Oversee and coordinate construction projects from planning through completion. Assisting the project manager, writing subcontracts, purchase orders, RFI's, submittals, change orders, etc. Ability to travel a day or two here and there Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to maintain efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all job sites. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress. Analyze and resolve any technical or operational challenges during projects. Support the procurement process by reviewing and selecting vendors or materials. Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other team members. The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Engineer should have:

1-3+ years of construction experience (ground up experience is a plus) Construction related degree preferred A background in construction, engineering, or a related field. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
