The Role

As the

Recruiting Onboarding Manager , you will play a vital role in shaping and executing strategies to deliver a seamless, engaging, and compliant onboarding experience for new hires while enhancing the employee life cycle. This role focuses on driving operational excellence, creating scalable and efficient processes, and supporting field leadership and employees nationwide. You will partner closely with HR leadership, operational leaders, and field management to ensure that onboarding practices reflect Hallcon's culture, values, and business objectives. This position directly impacts the employee experience for over 5,000 team members across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and continuously improve onboarding processes to ensure every new hire has a seamless, engaging, and consistent experience that reflects Hallcon's culture and values Partner closely with hiring managers and field leaders to create smooth handoffs from recruitment to onboarding, minimizing delays and reducing new hire drop-off Design and deliver a structured, scalable onboarding framework that supports a large, distributed workforce while maintaining a personalized and welcoming experience Regularly evaluate onboarding tools, resources, and communications to identify gaps and implement improvements that enhance efficiency and engagement Track and analyze onboarding metrics, such as completion rates and new hire feedback, to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement Build strong relationships with internal partners such as Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Training to ensure alignment and consistency throughout the employee journey Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Must bring a strategic mindset with a relentless focus on execution. Demonstrated success in driving initiatives, often from scratch or from Manual to Automated

Proven success in driving efficient, automated, repeatable processes that generate consistent results Must be a strong collaborator and communicator Proven success proactively building cross-functional partnerships within and outside of the company Effective at driving outcomes and change even without direct authority Strong understanding of HR fundamentals, along with a good handle on the technical side of HR, such as compliance and employment law requirements High-energy style and a hands-on work ethic with a passion for managing the details within a growing business Professional credibility that influences others and stimulates confidence across the organization A humble, approachable style that encourages people in the organization to come for advice while balancing the best interests of the company and our employees Requirements and Qualifications

College/University Degree in Business, Finance or HR or equivalent with experience 5+ years' experience in Human Resources 1+ years of HR management Experience working with a large, widespread, hourly population Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills - adept at conveying any message, content, or training to any audience Disciplined, organized and detail oriented with the ability to consistently produce accurate and timely work product while managing multiple ongoing projects
