Description Oversee daily operations of the technology platform. Identify potential production issues and communicate with development and business teams. Work in a flexible schedule from Sunday to Thursday. Provide front-line technical support to end users. Engage in real-time restoration and triaging of technical service issues. Support software/hardware upgrades and releases. Communicate application status and health to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Lead production support issues and incidents. Ensure production and performance SLAs are met. Identify vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement. Create and enhance operational and technical policies and procedures. Serve as an escalation point for unresolved problems and service requests. Participate in on-call rotation for off-hours and weekend support.
Qualifications 5 years of relevant IT experience in Production Support or related fields. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proven knowledge in server-side technologies and middleware components. Strong operating system knowledge in Unix and Windows. Experience with database query performance tuning. Experience handling various production support roles and using monitoring tools.
