31 Operating Rooms, 1:1 patient ratio Advanced Equipment:
Mako Robot, DaVinci SP & XI Robots, O-Arm, Rosa Robot EMR System:
Cerner Scrub Color:

$1740-$1860 Registered Nurse Qualifications
Active Kentucky RN license required BLS and NIH certifications Minimum 2 years of operating room nursing experience Prior travel nursing experience in healthcare jobs Strong adaptability and eagerness to learn across service lines Preferred: 3+ years OR experience and expertise with high acuity surgical patients Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities
Deliver direct patient care in the operating room with a 1:1 patient ratio Assist in complex surgical procedures: neuro-spine/cranial, orthopedic (robotics/arthroscopic), thoracic, vascular, transplant, and ENT/radical neck cases Operate and maintain advanced surgical equipment (Mako, DaVinci, O-Arm, Rosa) Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes Participate in weekend and call rotations as scheduled Demonstrate flexibility, positive attitude, and commitment to ongoing clinical education
