ESTIMATOR

A growing organization in the pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) industry is seeking a

PEMB Estimator

with strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in the full PEMB process. This role goes beyond traditional estimating-it requires someone who understands approval drawings, knows when and how to collaborate with Engineering, and can ensure consistency and accuracy before estimates reach the client.

What You'll Do Prepare detailed estimates for PEMB projects and review estimates prepared by others Ensure accuracy and consistency across all estimates before client delivery Collaborate with Engineering when drawings or technical details require clarification Work with PEMB manufacturers (both large and small) and occasionally erectors, supporting overflow and specialty projects Manage estimating resources and provide oversight to maintain quality standards What We're Looking For

Solid background in PEMB estimating, with knowledge of the full process including parts and accessories Experience working with approval drawings and understanding when to involve Engineering Proficiency in

Metal Building Software (MBS)

is required Familiarity with additional tools such as RISA, Tekla, and AutoCAD is a plus Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities Why Join
