Role Name: Salesforce CPQ Architect

Job Description:
Must Have Qualifications: Extensive Implementation Experience: • Over 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience delivering successful software implementations in Product Configurator, SaaS, and Quote-to-Order domains. • Proven track record of leading end-to-end CPQ deployments across multiple industries including high-tech, manufacturing, and telecom.
Architectural Leadership: • Minimum 4 years serving as a Technical Architect in a consulting environment, responsible for solution design, technical governance, and stakeholder alignment. • Experience includes leading cross-functional teams, managing offshore delivery, and driving architectural decisions for scalable CPQ solutions.
Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud Expertise: • Deep functional and technical knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and Advanced Approvals. • Skilled in designing complex pricing models, product bundling, discounting strategies, and approval workflows. • Familiarity with Salesforce Billing and integration with ERP systems is a plus.
Technical Proficiency: • Strong background in Force.com, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and REST/SOAP APIs. • Proficient in data modeling, custom objects, triggers, and batch jobs. Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Full Lifecycle Delivery: • Hands-on experience in solution design, prototyping, configuration, custom development, unit testing, UAT support, and deployment. • Adept at translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Integration & Data Migration: • Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with external systems such as ERP, CRM, and eCommerce platforms using MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or custom middleware. • Skilled in data migration strategies, ETL tools, and data cleansing.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex CPQ issues, optimize performance, and recommend best practices. • Familiar with governance limits, security models, and compliance standards.
Stakeholder Engagement: • Comfortable working with C-level executives, product owners, and technical teams. • Proven ability to lead workshops, conduct technical reviews, and deliver high-impact presentations.
