Travel/On-Call:

Minimum every other weekend; must work 2 of 3 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas/Christmas Eve, New Year’s Day/Eve) Floating:

Assigned to float team; no block schedules Additional Notes: Complete work history required (bed count, EMR, facility type, gaps >90 days explained) Transportation:
