to support our team and serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors out of our
Dubuque, IA
office location.

What You’ll Do:
Professionally answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments
Sort and distribute incoming mail and correspondence efficiently
Coordinate office supply orders for multiple locations
Support marketing and internal teams with project-based tasks
Maintain a welcoming and dependable presence for clients, carriers, and colleagues
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and phone systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently
Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
