Job Description As a QE Transformation Leader, work will be multi-faceted and each area will need to be given prioritized appropriately. The primary role of the candidate will be to be the face of QE transformation , identify opportunities for efficiencies, cost savings and innovation and deliver it at the customer site for various programs Engage with customers in a consultative manner and develop customized solutions, improvement plan with defined deliverables Develop collaterals and reusable artefacts Work closely with delivery team, CoEs and other stakeholders in delivering QE transformation Adhere and deliver on SLAs/KPIs pertaining to QE transformation program Support program manager on RFPs/RFIs Be on top of industry trends and feeding this information to help define QA solution, direction and roadmaps for customer Desired Skills:
Should have experience across functions of Test Delivery, Presales, Strategy and Consulting Experienced in E2E STLC model and processes around it along with good understanding of RFP, RFI, proposals cycle Extensive knowledge of Quality Assurance - Testing techniques, End-to-End test design, Test data management & Test environment management Experience in establishing Test Center of Excellences; Federated, Un Federated, Shared Services to support and transform "Run the business" & "Change the business" Expertise in Test Solutioning & Proposal writing Strong communicators with excellent written & verbal skills Good knowledge of current QE trends in the context of Agile & DevOps Excellent presentation and organizational management skills Resourceful and strategic thinker with an understanding of industry trends Knowledge of software testing tools Experience:
15 + years' experience with a background in Quality engineering with a good amount of client facing experience. Independent Operator who can own and run with a set of defined responsibilities.
