HR Coordinator
who will provide quality and high-volume full cycle recruiting activities and serve as a point of contact for talent acquisition.
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for full cycle recruitment and onboarding of all positions at covered companies.Responsibilities include supporting hiring initiatives, creating and updating job postings, sourcing candidates and supporting managers in selecting top talent following policies and procedures and best practices. Conducts orientation and ensures smooth onboarding. Manages employee files and HRIS.

What's a typical day look like?
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Execute and build effective candidate sourcing. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, job fairs and social media platforms, to attract qualified candidates.
Prepare and post job advertisements online, conduct job fairs and other recruitment sources.
Create job requisition and maintain candidate pipeline dashboards and applicant tracking system.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to identify potential matches for open positions using Applicant Tracking System (UKG). Qualify candidates via pre-screening resume reviews and phone calls.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely and efficient communication throughout the process. Present best-qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Monitor and communicate status of candidates, prepare job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires including reference checks and background screenings.
Ensure new hire engagement and positive experience.
Prepare new hire documentation and file and conduct orientation.
Create and maintain hard and electronic copy of employee file.
Schedule and track new hire's training (e.g. CPR/First-Aid Certification, and Orientation).
Enter employee data accurately. Ensure employee files/records are compliant and maintained according to regulatory standards and company policies. Respond to agency surveys.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Where and when will you work?
You will work at our Admin Office in Las Vegas.
Full Time (40 Hours), Monday to Friday
Requirements
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENT:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, communications, preferred.
At least two (2) years of experience working in HR, specifically recruiting or talent acquisition experience, HRIS management required.
Experience with Applicant Tracking System and HRIS required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
Strong analytical, communication, problem solving, organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail.
