We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and compassionate caregiver to join our home care team in Kalamazoo, MI (49048). The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional caregiving experience, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping others live comfortably and with dignity.
Responsibilities:
Provide
personal care assistance , including bathing, grooming, and hygiene support Safely assist with
transferring
using proper techniques and/or equipment Assist with daily living activities to promote comfort and independence Prepare simple, healthy meals as needed Perform light housekeeping, including laundry and tidying client's living space Offer companionship and emotional support Monitor client's needs and report any changes to the care team Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of professional caregiving experience
(Home Health, Private Care, CNA, or similar) Proven
experience with transferring assistance Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality Must be dependable, patient, and respectful Schedule & Location:
