About the Role We are seeking an accomplished, hands-on

Multi-Unit Practice Leader

to oversee and elevate the daily operations of our flagship Union Square clinic and provide strategic leadership across additional modalities. This is a high-impact role for a leader who thrives on balancing operational excellence with a deep commitment to patient care.

Operational Leadership & Excellence

Lead day-to-day operations for the Union Square clinic while providing oversight and strategic guidance to additional initiatives. Direct in-office and remote telemedicine workflows, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a seamless patient journey across all sites. Drive operational alignment, standardizing best practices and ensuring consistent service quality. Team Development & Collaboration

Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing clinical support and front office teams; inspire a culture of accountability, innovation, and empathy. Provide ongoing feedback, conduct performance evaluations, and lead improvement initiatives with a focus on ownership and growth. Ensure adequate coverage and cross-training across sites to maintain uninterrupted service. Collaborate closely with the Regional Medical Director and Director of Regional Operations, recognizing this partnership as essential to achieving operational and clinical excellence Partner with the Training Department and Medical Leadership to design systems and processes that support the successful launch of new modalities and programs. Patient Experience & Community Engagement

Champion a

Build and maintain strong relationships with referring providers, community partners, and internal stakeholders. Promote problem-solving, rapid follow-up, and a proactive approach to patient needs. Compliance, Financials & Innovation

Oversee accurate and compliant management of medical records, clinic logs, and controlled substance inventory. Monitor KPIs and clinic reports to assess performance against goals; recommend operational innovations to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction. Partner with leadership to pilot new initiatives, technologies, and service enhancements. Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of multi-unit or multi-site leadership experience, preferably in healthcare or a high-touch service industry. Proven ability to lead diverse teams and cultivate a collaborative, high-performance culture. Strong operational, financial, and strategic acumen with the ability to execute both vision and detail. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Advanced problem-solving skills and comfort navigating fast paced, evolving environments. Commitment to ongoing personal and professional growth, including completion of company-sponsored certifications for TMS and Esketamine administration within 3 months of hire. Pay Range:

$ 90,000 to $ 120,000 This reflects the anticipated base salary range based on current market data. Final compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and other job-related factors. Bonus eligibility and other incentives may apply.
