We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and innovation. As we continue to grow, we are looking to add a skilled and motivated fabricator to our team.
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team. This role involves cutting and fabricating aluminum stock lengths to precise measurements, assembling storefront & curtainwall frames, and preparing components for commercial glazing installations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with fabrication tools, can read and interpret technical drawings, and takes pride in delivering high-quality, accurate work. This position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong commitment to safety and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Measure, cut, and prepare aluminum stock lengths according to specifications.
Fabricate and assemble commercial storefront systems including frames, doors, and hardware.
Ensure all components meet quality standards before moving to installation.
Safely operate saws, drills, and other fabrication tools and machinery.
Read and follow blueprints and work orders to ensure accurate builds.
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the fabrication shop.
Work collaboratively with installers and project managers to meet deadlines.
Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines during fabrication processes.
Qualifications
Previous experience in aluminum fabrication or commercial glazing .
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders.
Skilled in measuring, cutting, and assembling aluminum stock accurately.
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Basic math skills for accurate measurements and cuts.
Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and PPE usage.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well independently or in a team setting.
