Key Responsibilities
Install, inspect, and maintain wafer production equipment.
Perform periodic machine inspections and calibrations.
Adjust and optimize machine settings for peak performance.
Manage spare parts inventory and track usage.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions.
Conduct quality checks to ensure flawless operation.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports.
Provide technical support and training to team members.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Work collaboratively with production teams to enhance efficiency.
Enforce strict safety guidelines and workplace standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Required: 0-3 years of experience in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to follow safety protocols and technical guidelines.
Physical stamina and strength for hands-on work.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic English communication skills.
Preferred: Technical degree or relevant certifications.
Experience with high-speed machinery and precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
PLC programming knowledge is a plus.
Robotics experience is a plus.
