The User Service Analyst II is a professional support position in the Tulane Doctors - Alexandria clinic responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and functionality of desktop and mobile devices for end users. The position manages various tasks related to user support within the clinic, such as resolving help requests using diagnostic tools, updating programs, and installing and uninstalling programs. The position also provides direct assistance at the desktop level for staff & faculty when needed. The position is also responsible for data management of the Ryan White EIS clinic grantee database, CareWare 6, including updating and backup of the program and database, and importing labs into CareWare 6 from the current laboratory system. The User Services Analyst is expected to create or improve tools, establish best practices to enter and retrieve Continuous Quality data for quarterly meetings and the grantor, Health Resources Services Administration (HRSA) as needed. The User Service Analyst II is also responsible for monitoring dental computers with new software for Dentrix and Dexis integrations. • Able to promptly answer support inquiries .
• Self-motivated, detail oriented and organized.
• Experience supporting hardware and software; troubleshooting and resolving issues; installing, updating and configuring software and drivers.
• Good knowledge of Windows 11 and Mac operating systems.
• Strong skills in using and supporting online tools such as Office 365; Box; and web browsers.
• High School Diploma/equivalent • 4 years of directly related work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or technical certification. • Office applications such as Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe cloud.
• Azure & various Microsoft and Adobe custom dashboards. • Experience and proven success working in a highly collaborative environment.
• Experience in Tableau, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI.
• Working knowledge of conferencing software such as Zoom and Teams.
• Working knowledge of Epic Electronic Health Record.
• Able to master new technologies quickly and apply them effectively.
