Chimney Technician needed for OHA Home Service.
OHA Mission:
Build lifelong customers by providing honest answers with the absolute best service at fair prices. Be the only company our customers think of when they need HVAC Services, House Generators, Water Heaters, Roofing, Chimney work, Plumbing, and Gas Fire Logs.

Qualifications
· Must be U.S. Citizen
- Minimum of 1 year of chimney sweep experience
· Must pass a background check once hired
· Must be able to work safely on roofs
· High level of customer service
· Possess good oral communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks at once with strict deadlines and prioritization skills.
· Ability to assess problems and recommend viable solutions to resolve issues.
· Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with others and departments to achieve objectives and resolve escalations.
· Ability to listen and comprehend calls while evaluating customer service and missed sales opportunities to increase performance behavior.
Responsibilities
- Provide Excellent Customer Service.
- Show up on time.
- Do the job correctly the first time.
- Install Chimney equipment and material in customers' homes with the
- All other responsibilities assigned by your direct supervisor not mentioned in posting.
Physical Demands:
Able to safely work on a ladder and use equipment.
Probationary Period:
All employees must complete a 90 working days probationary period from the first day of work
Background Check:
Potential employees must pass a background check once hired since the employee will be working with company-sensitive information.
