Senior Drupal Developer Long Term Contract Hybrid role

Contract role Length: 14 Months (Currently until November 2026) Location: Albany, NY Hybrid - No more than 50% work from home within a two-week pay period, no long vacations during the term without agreement (ie 2 weeks+). Overview: The candidate will ensure that all Drupal websites that are developed and delivered are usable, functionally accessible, responsively designed, and compliant with Client’s standards and best practices. The candidate will utilize an Enterprise Platform solution (Drupal) to accomplish its mission, leveraging current technologies and industry best practices as applicable to improve its service delivery. Senior Web Developer will develop Drupal theming, custom functionality, module development, Frontend, and/or backend development. Utilize PHP, Javascript/jQuery, and HTML/CSS/Twig templating. Expectation: This position may require occasional early mornings or late nights for release coordination and/or emergency upgrades (ie critical security releases.) This position must adhere to general Client’s requirements (no more than 50% work from home within a 2 week pay period), no longer vacations (ie 2 weeks+) during the term without agreement, etc. Requirements: 5-7+ years programming custom Drupal development (custom modules, features, themes) 5+ years of experience using Acquia, SOLR/SearchStax 4+ years of experience using contributed or custom Drupal modules (CTools, Views, Panels, etc) and extending them 4+ years of programming with HTML/5, CSS/3, SASS 5+ years of experience programming with PHP 5+ years of experience with Web graphical, browser, and cross-platform compatibility testing and creating sites with responsive design 5+ years of experience using Git 4+ years of programming with JavaScript and JQuery
