Specialty: CRNA Practice Setting: Hospital/Surgery Dept Dates/Coverage Needed: As soon as credentialed for 3 months with the potential to extend. The schedule is 7 am - 5 pm, 4x10's between Monday and Friday. Assistance with a call might also be preferred, and the provider can expect 1 nightly call shift per week from 7 pm - 7 am. Support Staff/Supervision: CRNAs must be able to work independently. There is also no backup when on call. Case Mix: Ortho, ENT, General, OBGYN, Endo, Peds Dental, Podiatry, oral/facial. No heads or hearts. # of OR's: 4 + OB Credentialing Time-Frame: 60-90 days Active AZ License: Any state license will do as long as there are no hits on it. DEA is required.
