This key leadership position is crucial to driving our transformative strategic initiatives. The CFO will work closely with the President's leadership team, managing essential financial and human resources functions that include finance and accounting, budget development, financial modeling, endowment and grants management, risk assessment, and capital planning. As a vital contributor, the CFO will be instrumental in formulating and monitoring operational and capital plans while identifying new revenue opportunities. This role requires a strong alignment of financial strategies with the institution's mission and collaborative decision-making processes. The successful candidate will play a significant role in addressing the College's structural deficit by strategically deploying resources and nurturing a culture of transparency and cooperation. Applicants should possess a minimum of 10 years of solid experience in finance and administration, with preferences given to those who have expertise in higher education, non-profits, or related fields. We are looking for leaders characterized by their integrity, exceptional analytical and management capabilities, and creativity in exploring financial sustainability for the institution. The CFO will partner closely with the President, the Board of Trustees, and other senior leaders to implement operational strategies that enhance the College's growth, innovation, and long-term viability. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA or other advanced degrees.
