A leading global, forward-thinking investment firm is seeking a strong Senior Manager/Director of Mortgage Loan Servicing to manage and optimize the loan servicing function for a portfolio of Residential Loans. This is an opportunity to shape and streamline servicing operations in a dynamic asset class and work in a high-impact leadership position with a fast-paced, growth-oriented firm Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day servicing operations for a diverse portfolio of residential loans, ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and process efficiency. Establish and maintain oversight processes to monitor servicer performance, track key metrics, and ensure adherence to servicing standards. Manage relationships with third-party loan servicers and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Support the execution and documentation of residential loan closings, including loan draw funding requests and other servicing events. Lead and mentor junior servicing team members, promoting professional development and team cohesion. Partner cross-functionally with Front Office, Engineering, Accounting, Operations, and Legal teams to streamline workflows and maintain scalable servicing systems. Drive automation and technical improvements to enhance servicing infrastructure and reporting tools. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field; or equivalent work experience. 5–7+ years of experience in residential mortgage servicing, loan administration, or asset management. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data/reporting tools; strong analytical mindset. Comfortable navigating loan documents, servicing agreements, term sheets, and commercial contracts. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across departments and external partners. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment. Experience with thinkFolio or similar portfolio/order management systems is a strong plus. Familiarity with real estate finance, investment operations, and mortgage compliance best practices.

Compensation: $180,000-$200,000 per year
