Every 5th Weekends Weekend REQ: On call every 5th Weekend Open to accommodating block schedule?: Yes RTO Restrictions: Only 1 time off request per 13 week assignment of 5 days or less. Guaranteed Hours: 70 Hours per 2 weeks - Traveler can be called off for 1, 10-hour shift per 2 weeks
