Advantage Technical and our industry-leading partner are seeking an Electrical Engineer to drive success on hardware electrical engineering projects in the medical device sector. This is a unique opportunity to lead projects, streamline processes, and ensure engineering teams have the tools and structure they need to deliver high-quality results. Pay: $84/hr Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 12-month contract What You'll Do: Build and manage Jira projects, dashboards, workflows, and reports for engineering teams Partner with engineers and leadership to plan, track, and deliver hardware projects Consolidate updates for portfolio- and program-level visibility Lead process improvements and provide Jira guidance/training to project teams Balance day-to-day project tracking with long-term efficiency initiatives

Qualifications: 8-14 years of project management experience (EE, PM, Business, CS, or related; Master's/MBA may reduce required years) Hands-on experience with Jira Software: workflows, dashboards, reporting, and integrations Background in hardware electrical engineering or technical product development Strong organizational and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams Experience in the medical device industry and managing multiple hardware projects preferred Deep understanding of Jira system implementation and best practices
