Vaughan Automotive Group , is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Facility Coordinator

to ensure our dealership remains clean, safe, functional, and welcoming. From the showroom and service bays to the offices and outdoor spaces, this position plays a key role in delivering a world-class experience for our customers and team members.

What You'll Do: Lead Facility Maintenance:

Oversee daily maintenance needs across the dealership, including interior and exterior inspections, upkeep, and minor repairs. Coordinate Vendor Services:

Schedule and supervise third-party vendors for HVAC, landscaping, janitorial, plumbing, electrical, pest control, and general repairs. Ensure Safety & Compliance:

Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards, maintenance needs, or compliance issues related to OSHA, fire, and environmental safety regulations. Maintain Clean & Functional Spaces : Manage custodial duties, including heavy-duty cleaning in shop and customer-facing areas; organize and restock maintenance supply rooms. Support Operational Excellence : Change air filters, clean vents, inspect lighting and plumbing, and assist with small building repairs or improvement projects. Inventory & Equipment Management:

Track cleaning supplies, tools, and facility equipment to ensure functionality and availability. Emergency Response:

Respond promptly to urgent facility issues that could impact employee or customer safety or operational continuity. Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of work orders, vendor agreements, inspections, maintenance logs, and warranties. What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in facility coordination, building operations, or general maintenance Hands-on knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and janitorial processes Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical work across shifts Clear communicator with strong problem-solving and vendor management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and (ideally) facility management software Valid driver's license required High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or associate's degree preferred You'll Thrive Here If You:
