Overview: We are on the lookout for a Vice President to join our Brand team and help lead a prominent beauty brand with a strong emphasis on community and culture. In this strategic role, you will partner with clients, oversee integrated campaigns, and ensure that all work is delivered with rigor and creativity that shapes culture. A deep understanding of the beauty industry, excellent social fluency, and a keen instinct for earned storytelling, influencer engagement, and experiential activations are essential. This leadership position is ideal for an individual who excels in client relationship management, team development, and providing clear, insight-driven direction while being attuned to the ever-evolving media landscape and cultural trends. Act as a senior partner to clients, offering strategic counsel and ensuring aligned direction across integrated workstreams. Lead cross-functional teams with a focus on inclusion, accountability, and empathy; cultivate a strong, high-performing team culture. Develop communication strategies grounded in earned, social, influencer, and purpose-driven content to enhance cultural relevance and brand impact. Manage campaign budgeting, staffing, and scoping processes closely with project management and finance teams. Oversee experiential and influencer activations, ensuring they are insight-driven, aligned with the brand, and socially amplifiable. Ensure operational excellence in daily delivery while identifying growth opportunities for client business and elevating creative standards. Invest in team development through ongoing mentorship, feedback, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Basic Qualifications:

At least 8 years of professional experience in public relations or integrated marketing. Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Experience working with beauty brands. Willingness to travel as needed and flexibility to work on-site, collaborating with clients. Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a communications agency. Extensive knowledge of social strategy, influencer relations, and experiential marketing. Expertise in budget and scope management across complex, multi-partner initiatives. Strong ability in brand storytelling, issues navigation, and earned-first strategies. Deep understanding of culture, digital trends, and consumer conversations. Adept at leading through complexity and providing clarity and direction to teams. Experience functioning as a regular client contact. Exceptional client advisory skills with a proven track record of influencing and educating clients. Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 a year Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual obligations, and organizational needs. The listed range is one component of the total compensation package. Additional rewards may include annual bonuses and a comprehensive Paid Time Off policy.
