Travel Therapy/Rehabilitation - Occupational Therapist/ OT - Occupational Therapist - Home Health Role Responsibilities: Required to prioritize start of care visits Required to supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants Next day mandatory reporting of start of care visits Clinical notes and other documentation due within 48 hours of visit Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office Be generally responsive during normal business hours Requirement: CA OT License and one year of Home Health experience Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday and one weekend a month rotation Training: 3 full days, one in house and two in the field Documentation System: Kinnser Equipment Issued: iPad, Ring Central.
