In this role, you will spearhead the design and execution of strategies aimed at acquiring portfolio assets while identifying lucrative renewable energy investment opportunities. You will take the lead in negotiations, oversee partnership agreement executions, and provide guidance throughout valuation and due diligence processes. As the CIO, you'll develop and implement robust risk management strategies, propel capital markets and financial marketing efforts, and foster relationships with key stakeholders. A critical aspect of your role will be ensuring that our investment strategies are in sync with market conditions, client requirements, compliance needs, and risk-return objectives. To succeed in this position, you should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in underwriting, finance, or capital markets, with a strong track record in structuring and securing funding for renewable energy projects. Additionally, at least 7 years of leadership experience is essential, focusing on managing and nurturing high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong expertise in valuation methodologies for renewable energy assets, coupled with advanced analytical skills. Proficiency in due diligence, asset valuation, sponsor reporting, and a deep understanding of renewable energy financing structures and tax incentives is paramount.
