Minimum of 2 years of experience required in the Sterile Processing Department (SPD) field. Settings:
Inpatient, outpatient, and trauma settings. Skills:
Experience required in sterilization, decontamination, assembly/wrap, case cart, high-level disinfection (HLD), and scrub experience. Surgical Cases:
Experience in Ortho, Urology, Endo/Laparoscopic, Vascular, Thoracic, Neuro, Gyn, Bariatrics, Plastics, Podiatry, ENT, Transplant, Robotics, and Implants. Ophthalmology experience is preferred. Previous Experience:
Trauma/Implants, Loaner Trays, and Loaner Consignment Trays are preferred.
Certifications:
CBSPD or IAHCSMM certification is required. Local Candidates:
