The role you'll contribute:

The CVO Credentials Coordinator provides essential verification functions to support the goals for credentialing health care providers while ensuring adherence to corporate, legal, regulatory and delegated requirements. Ensures all duties are performed in accordance with organizational policies and procedures and compliant with professional, regulatory, and legislative requirements.

Ensures credentialing and re-credentialing is performed in line with established protocols, standards, and goals

Ensures that credentialing database is maintained.

Provides departmental administrative support to Director in carrying out CVO activities.

Coordinates, performs, and tracks primary source and other required verifications for all applicants according to established policies and procedures.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

High school diploma

5 years experience in medical staff services, managed care, credentialing or health related field experience.
