Advantage xPO is hiring a Custodian - Ringwood, IL. Join our team as a Custodian and help keep our facility clean, safe, and welcoming. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a well-maintained workplace while earning competitive pay. Pay: $20-$22/hr Responsibilities: Remove trash and manage recycling throughout the facility Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, cafeterias, and office areas Maintain floors, windows, and other surfaces to ensure a professional environment Support cafeteria and breakroom upkeep Assist with special cleaning projects or assignments as directed by the Site Leader Follow safety procedures and use cleaning equipment and chemicals properly

Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, organized environment Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
