Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: RN - OR Job Details: • Work variable shifts in Surgery/OR department as a Circulator RN • 13-week assignment with 36 guaranteed hours per week • Work every other weekend required • No on-call requirements • Must have neurosurgery experience - required for consideration • Minimum 2+ years of operating room experience required • Circulator experience is mandatory • Must demonstrate proficiency in a variety of service lines • Active Texas RN license required - temporary licenses not accepted • BLS certification required • Meditech experience preferred • Participate in procedures including orthopedic, neurosurgery, gynecology, cardiovascular, robotics, general surgery, and urology • Required to float to other units as needed per Methodist floating policy • Facility provides scrubs • Must maintain clean and healthy nail policy • Hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors • Body art should be covered whenever possible • Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited • Work with cohesive team using modern equipment and technology • Documentation system: Meditech Facility: This hospital is a modern healthcare facility that has received an "A" Hospital Safety Grade from The Leapfrog Group for two consecutive periods.
