Position Overview

HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital is seeking a compassionate and driven

Registered Nurse (RN)

to join our 46-bed Medical-Surgical unit. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic hospital environment in

Brooksville, FL , providing high-quality, patient-centered care in one of Florida’s fastest-growing communities. Key Responsibilities

Assess patient condition upon admission and throughout each shift Implement medical provider orders and document patient care accurately and promptly Administer medications and monitor patient response, intervening as needed Anticipate and respond to patient and family needs to ensure excellent care experience Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge instructions Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate and deliver optimal patient outcomes Qualifications

License:

Registered Nurse (RN) – Florida or compact state Education:

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required Certifications:

Basic Life Support (BLS) – must be obtained within 30 days of hire

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience required

LTACH, Rehab, and Home Health RN experience considered

Other Requirements:

Must attend on-site interviews Unit Details

Base Pay:

$30.76 – $41.50/hr (based on years of experience) Night Shift Differential:

$15,000 2% paid on 1st/2nd check; remainder paid in 6-month increments
