Position Summary
Responsible for creating, building and managing marketing for the Samsung.com B2B/B2C businesses and Retailer marketing for B2C monitors. This position will contribute to the strategic direction of the category and P&L growth by developing new GTM and promotions with the product teams, delivering a best-in-class digital customer experience, and scaling D2C channel within Samsung and with retailers. Key areas of responsibility include: D2C marketing strategy, on-site merchandising and digital experience optimization for a best-in-class shopping experience, executing cross-channel marketing campaigns, identifying and driving operational efficiencies, and team management.

Responsibilities Build and manage the business across categories for Display products on Samsung.com and retailers by executing plans developed with the product teams for top line growth, execute promotional and marketing plans and work with internal / external / HQ stakeholders. Partner with internal stakeholders across product management, merchandising, marketing, e-commerce, operations, analytics, and customer service to create a best-in-class shopping experience for the Display business. Optimize and remove purchase barriers to create a customer-centric shopping experience. Develop data-driven perspectives on end-to-end marketing, from upper-funnel marketing and merchandising, to on-site path-to-purchase and experience, through conversion, fulfillment, and customer service. Identify areas of opportunity and work cross-functionally to drive operational efficiencies. Manage the development of the team's monthly reporting to share with leadership and cross-functional teams. Innovate: Think outside the box, leverage data, and build insights to create business cases and marketing programs that drive business growth. Minimum Qualifications
12+ years of experience in Product/Trade/Category Marketing for technology. Extensive experience implementing marketing campaigns for D2C and retailers. Knowledge of eCommerce and retailer business practices and operations, including Amazon. Experience managing or working on UI/UX enhancements is a plus. Ability to facilitate work with cross-functional teams and navigate highly matrixed organizations. Strong analytical, data-driven problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work under pressure and fast deadlines, and ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize. Entrepreneurial spirit and excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Experience with Tableau is a plus. Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $195,000 and $225,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
