Automotive Detailers

for our high-volume reconditioning center. This role is paid

per vehicle

and is ideal for experienced detailers who take pride in quality and consistency. You'll perform

full interior and exterior details

to prepare vehicles for retail delivery, with

occasional machine buffing

as needed.

Perform

complete interior details : vacuuming, carpet/upholstery shampoo/steam, stain removal, surface cleaning/dressing, odor mitigation, glass cleaning. Perform

complete exterior details : pre-wash, hand wash, decontamination (e.g., clay), wheel/tire cleaning and dressing, polish/wax/sealant. Occasional machine buffing/polishing

to address light oxidation or swirl correction. Inspect work using a quality checklist; ensure vehicles meet retail-ready standards. Safely move vehicles, protect finishes, and use proper PPE and chemical handling. Maintain a clean, organized workspace; restock supplies and report equipment needs. Meet per-vehicle productivity and cycle-time targets while maintaining quality. Accurately note services performed in recon tracking as required. Qualifications

Detailing experience required

(dealership or high-volume shop preferred). Proven ability to perform

full interior and exterior details

end-to-end. Experience with

machine buffing/polishing

preferred. Strong attention to detail, consistency, and time-management. Ability to lift 50 lbs., bend/kneel, and stand for extended periods; work indoor/outdoor as needed. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Professional communication and teamwork; reliable and self-motivated.

Schedule

Mon - Fri 8 AM - 5 PM

(Shop open 6 AM - 6 PM for additional opportunity)
