Client Support Representative
to join our team and be the trusted point of contact for our client companies.
As a
Client Support Representative , you'll serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive timely, accurate, and proactive support. You'll support and coordinate solutions a variety of client needs spanning payroll, HR, benefits, and compliance, while fostering strong relationships to support retention and satisfaction. What You'll Do
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, providing guidance and support with professionalism and accuracy
Provide guidance on payroll processing, benefits administration, HR compliance, and related services
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, escalating complex matters when needed
Collaborate with internal teams (Payroll, Benefits, HR, Compliance) to deliver seamless service
Educate clients on processes, systems, and best practices
Monitor accounts to identify challenges and opportunities for improved service delivery
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Document client communications and follow-ups in the CRM system
Partner with Payroll Account Managers to support ASO clients
What We're Looking For
2-3 years of experience in a PEO/ASO environment in client service, account management, HR, payroll, or benefits administration
Associate's degree in business, human resources, or related field
Knowledge of HR functions including payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations (FLSA, FMLA, ACA, etc.)
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Proficiency in HRIS/payroll systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft 365
Ability to manage multiple clients with a client-first mindset
