Experience with construction documents, knowledge of details and construction processes & coordinating with consultants. We need someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic and organized.
Job Description:
Code Research:
Assist the Project Manager with code research and ensure compliance in design development. Design Documentation:
Lead the drafting of Schematic Design (SD) and Design Development (DD) sets, with increased responsibility for accuracy and completeness. Client Interaction:
Serve as a backup contact for clients in the Project Manager’s absence, ensuring seamless communication. Consultant Coordination:
Act as the primary point of contact for consultants, managing proposals, coordination, and integration into the architectural set. Construction Documentation:
Oversee the preparation of construction documents, ensuring coordination with consultants and adherence to project requirements. Agency Interaction:
Handle agency submissions, attend plan check meetings, and coordinate with expeditors to facilitate approvals. Construction Administration (CA):
Assist the Project Manager during site visits, reviewing shop drawings, and responding to RFIs. Background in Revit is preferred. We are located in the Miracle Mile area of Los Angeles.
