The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial planning and analysis activities, leading a high-performing team, and playing a key role in influencing the strategic and financial direction of the business. This role requires a superior individual with a background in professional services, consulting, or project-based industries, and a proven track record of leading and developing FP&A teams. The Vice President, Finance will be a visible partner to the CFO and Executive Team, contributing to board-level discussions and investor relations, and will be instrumental in the preparation of financial packages for various stakeholders. Applicants for the Vice President, Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics, with an MBA, CPA, or CFA being a plus. A minimum of 10 years' of finance experience, including senior leadership in FP&A within a global, complex organization, is required. The role demands advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and ERP/BI system skills, as well as the ability to lead enterprise-wide financial budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes. The ideal candidate will be adept at analyzing financial trends, providing clear insights, and championing continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy and reporting speed. Additionally, the role involves partnering with key stakeholders on strategic initiatives, M&A activity, and global expansion strategies, and requires a high level of agility to adapt to a rapidly growing business environment.
