The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial planning and analysis activities, leading a high-performing team, and playing a key role in influencing the strategic and financial direction of the business. This role requires a superior individual with a background in professional services, consulting, or project-based industries, and a proven track record of leading and developing FP&A teams. The Vice President, Finance will be a visible partner to the CFO and Executive Team, contributing to board-level discussions and investor relations, and will be instrumental in the preparation of financial packages for various stakeholders. Applicants for the Vice President, Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics, with an MBA, CPA, or CFA being a plus. A minimum of 10 years' of finance experience, including senior leadership in FP&A within a global, complex organization, is required. The role demands advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and ERP/BI system skills, as well as the ability to lead enterprise-wide financial budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes.
