Essential Functions
Responding to issues inCOSAM academic classrooms to diagnose and resolve issues quickly,
Maintaining IT equipment inCOSAM academic classrooms,
Monitoring theCOSAM ticket system and assisting users with various software and hardware issues,
Assisting with software installation and upgrades,
Assisting with special projects,
Keeping the work area clean and organized,
Assisting with surplus process of obsolete hardware,
Performing other duties under the direction of the IT staff, and
Setting working hours around your class schedule.

Minimum Qualifications
Currently enrolled student at Auburn University
Basic knowledge of IT issues and computer software
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Candidate must be a United States citizen due toITAR requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Pay Rate
$12.00-$15.00/hour
Work Hours
10-20
