Your Responsibilities: Research Focus (45%) - First 30+ Days:
Explore leadership, wellness, sustainability, and skincare trends to inspire meaningful content. Identify social media influencers who align with our brand in skincare, sustainability, lifestyle, and fitness. Research potential brand partnerships for eco-friendly and wellness co-marketing opportunities. Develop creative co-marketing campaign ideas and cross-promotional strategies. Track competitor activities and market trends to refine our strategy.
Content Marketing Focus (+/-55%):
Draft, schedule, and publish engaging posts for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Collaborate on ideas, scripting, and editing for short-form video content. Craft compelling blog posts, newsletters, and product descriptions that showcase our mission and lifestyle. Engage with our online community by monitoring comments and trends while interacting with followers. Support campaigns through influencer outreach, partnership coordination, and event planning.
