About the Role H2 Orthodontics is a patient-focused, modern orthodontic practice in Kalispell. We are seeking an Orthodontic Assistant to join our team and help create confident smiles every day. This role supports clinical care, provides excellent patient experiences, and helps keep the practice running smoothly.
Responsibilities Welcome and seat patients, maintaining an efficient daily flow Assist with orthodontic procedures such as placing separators, wires, elastics, bonding braces/Invisalign attachments, and removing cement or residue Take X-rays, iTero scans, photos, and impressions as needed Provide patients with clear instructions on appliance care and oral hygiene Maintain accurate treatment notes and patient records Prepare, sterilize, and organize instruments; restock operatories and ensure cleanliness Anticipate the orthodontist's needs and support smooth chairside care Participate in daily team huddles and staff meetings Represent H2 Orthodontics with professionalism and a positive attitude Requirements
1+ year of dental assisting experience (orthodontic experience preferred but not required) Knowledge of dental/orthodontic procedures and terminology Strong communication skills with a focus on patient care Highly organized, dependable, and adaptable in a busy environment Team-oriented with a friendly, professional demeanor
Salary Description
$20-25/hr
