Production Manager - 3rd Shift (Food Manufacturing)

Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 Base + 10% Bonus (Target) Benefits: 3 Weeks’ Vacation • 7 Sick Days • 401(k) (50% match on first 4%) • Full Medical/Dental/Vision

About the Role

We are seeking a

hands-on Production Manager

to lead 3rd shift

(11:00 PM - 7:30 AM)

in a high-volume food manufacturing environment. This role oversees

production and sanitation , ensures compliance with food safety standards. Manage

all production & sanitation operations

Set schedules, oversee machinery, and coordinate material flow

Track and improve

KPIs: safety, quality, yield, efficiency

Lead, coach, and develop a team of hourly associates

Partner with

Sanitation, Maintenance, HR & Quality

teams

Ensure compliance with

GMP, HACCP, OSHA, USDA, FDA

Identify

cost savings & waste reduction

opportunities

Use

ShopLogix, Safety Chain

and reporting systems to manage data

Handle

timekeeping, scheduling, and daily shift reports

What You Bring

3-5 years

of supervisory/management experience in

food manufacturing

High school diploma (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Strong knowledge of

HACCP, GMPs, OSHA, FDA/USDA

standards

Familiarity with production management tools & reporting systems

Bonus: USDA/FDA/NYS Organic experience

Strong

leadership, communication, and team-building

skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Work Environment

Fast-paced food production facility

Cold, wet, and high-volume conditions

Involves standing/walking and managing multiple departments
